My tennis court was badly damaged in a storm 6 months ago, to date the fence is still not fixed, the surface of the tennis court has not been repaired nor has the electric fense been fixed.

Early this year in another storm, my front gates where blown open and destroyed in a gail force wind. Todate my front entrance is not fixed and visitors still only have access via my garage

Despite numerous calls to OUTSURANCE, their continual promises to return our calls, my house still remains a mess... 6 MONTHS LATER!!!

OUTSURANCE SPEND A LITTLE MORE MONEY ON SERVICE DELIVERY RATHER THAN ON ADVERTISING AND YOU MAY JUST RETAIN A CLIENT OR TWO.

We asked to speak to management so many times... but staff are too busy bending over backwards shielding their managers from uphappy customers.
