Miway booked my vehicle to one of their approved panel beaters - Danmar Auto body - gave their approval for the work to be done, everything is fine. Three weeks down the line - no call from Miway and no call from the Panel beater with regards to the repairs. So i decided to pop in at the Panel beaters premises to check on the progress of the repairs, because i was told it's a one hour job. To my surprise i found my vehicle worst off than what is was when it was towed away. No work was done. The vehicle is parked outside in their yard. The vehicle is not even locked and to crown it all parts from the vehicle has been off. The Panel beater firstly blamed the tow truck service and after checking their own condition report realized that it's his own staff who items from the vehicle. Nor Miway or the Panel beater is doing anything to make me feel better, they are not even able to regain my trust or give me the assurance that the matter will be dealt with to my satisfaction. This after being insured with them for more than four years, with five cars and a house covered in the policy.
