R 4500.00 cash deposit was paid into my account on Friday the 1st of March 2013 using the Standard Bank ATM Machine in front of the Standard Bank Branch in South Gate Mall. I have been waiting for it to reflect into my standard bank Account till this date still no trace of it. I have the ATM proof of deposit slip issued to me by the ATM machine saying that my deposit was successful and processed yet this money is still not reflecting in my Bank Account. Today is the 7th day of the month and I still have not heard or received any communiqu? from Standard Bank.

I have called the help line on numerous occasion and still no help or communiqu? I was told to go to the bank branch in South Gate Mall, I went there and complained and was told that they are not in charge of the ATM Machine in front of their Bank, and told me to log a query now this is getting to me as both my kids school fees that was supposed to be debited from my account on the 4th of March 2013 failed to go through, this without doubt will not only dent my credit records with this Bank whom should be liable for this but also now I am getting calls from my kids schools to pay up this is embarrassing to myself and my kids
