I recently got a blackberry from fnb and also out of the blue had deductions from my account for insurance without knowing about it or authorising it. Luckily it has been activated because the phone was damaged and surprise when I phoned fnb insurance they claim I dont have a policy but my bank statements show it is deducted monthly. This means my money is being by fnb and I am paying for something I dont have this started on thursday the 10th of January and well still havent submitted the claim have litterally spent 2 and a half hours on the phone and still no response. How can fnb my money and pass the buck when approached by customers. outrageous really stinking attitude and after all this had to buy a phone because I cant claim. Bunch of theives if you ask me
