Bank not wanting to refund me

My account was settled with more than the amounth I owed. as a result fnb loans is not willing to pay me the difference. On the 10-01-2013 I spoke to Dakalo who gave me the worst attitude and hanged up on me while talking to her.

I have spent torns of airtime while i was told I am being transfered to the manager and I end up holding more than 15min just to hangup the phone. I am very disappointed with fnb right now I even thinking of switching banks cause I am very frustrated and angry at the same time
