Unprocess claim

In 2007 i took the funeral policy over the phone for my parents. When my father pass away in 2008 i forget about the policy. The deduction continued then i saw that on my bank-statement i contacted the bank i was told it was REAL PEOPLE. I contacted them in 2012 and spoke to Lauri-Kay she said I must fax all the neccesity documennts of which i did. 15 days late I did not get any respond from them as the documents were submitted and i called them (Lauri-Kay) she said i need to fax X2 affidavit as my parents were customery married their surnames were not the same. Affidavit were submitted to REAL PEOPLE as well. I was told that the fund will be in my mothers account in 48 hours hours. 48 hours pass and days pass and no one from their side bothers to give us a call informing us the status of the claim, until i called them again they said the buck to claim department that they still invisitigating, whereas on my side they did not stop debiting the money from my account. When you take a policy with REAL PEOPLE they dont need affidavit but when you suppose ti get the money its when they need. I am so dissapointed about the service that they giving to me.
