In February I paid over R700 into an ABSA credit card account by EFT.
The money did not arrive in the beneficiary's credit card account.
I asked my bank, Fish Hoek and then Tokai to find out where the money was and refund it to me.

He worked his magic and within a month the money was found and returned to my account by ABSA CASH FOCUS.
