Absa has been debiting extra money from my account for past 2months, when I went to the branch to ask about this I was told that by Friday my money will be refunded, on Friday I had no response from the bank as to how far things are, its Monday and still no word from the bank. this has had a tramendous impact on me financially. this month they debited a R1667.00 which has not been agreed to be debited between the bank and myself. this was suppose to be back in my account Friday and still nothing. Absa is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with in my life they disgust me, how their employees can just go adding extra debits on their clients accounts is just a sign that Absa doesn't give a about their clients. I want this money refunded by today or will be taking this matter further.
