The FNB Personal Banker idea is a good one, except FNB has no idea how to carry it out. You can phone the number on your account until you are blue in the face and you will always get the voice mail. Also, no one will respond to the voice mail. I have discovered that Hello Peter is a part of the FNB procedure. Contact Hello Peter and complain and someone from FNB will come back to you. FNB are really useless when it comes to customer service. I have 500K invested with them and I need some information and I am unable to contact them.
So, here I am again attempting to get someone from FNB to call me. (useless bunch of clowns). You should have less tea breaks and do more work!!!
