I see there are so many complaints about FNB on Hello Peter I though it was worthwhile so say something positive for a change. I have been with FNB for a number of years now and as I feel now and have always felt I will never change banks again. My Personal Banker, Precious, has been the reason for this attitude. She is always there to assist, always responds, always helps where she can. She is not always successful BUT when I have needed her the most during my change from Permanent employment to contracting I knew I could rely on her for help. So, Precious, thank you so much for all you have done and all you have tried to do to help. You really live up to the FNB Slogan "How can we help you".
