I have been trying for more than a week to cancel a contract. I do not live in SA anymore and do not use the particular mobile number. Countless attempts to get Call Center/support to contact me for cancellation of the contract were not answered. I sent them an e-mail saying they can only reach me via e-mail or my Canada phone number. They said a consultant would contact me within 2 days... that was a week ago!
