I AM VERY UPSET REGARDING THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM STANDARD BANK (MOWBREY AND WESTGATE MALL).
THE STAFF AT MOWBREY DID NOT WEAR NAME TAGS, SO I CANNOT SAY WHO HELPED ME. THEY WERE RUDE, UNHELPFUL AND FULL OF ATTITUDE.
IS THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE? I THINK THEY MUST GO AND DO THEIR TRAINING OVER. HOW THEY GOT THE JOB IN THE FIRST PLACE IS BEYOND ME.
I ALSO JUST WANT TO THANK SALT RIVER BRANCH AND MERLE FROM HEAD OFFICE FOR THE EXCELLENT SERVICE I RECEIVED ON SATURDAY .
HOPE THIS MATTER WILL BE RESOLVED.
