I went to the branch to place an application for an advance on my existing home loan, Phumzile assisted me at the branch, It was declined because I have exceeded 90% and I understand. I then made an application again with Phumzile for the vacant land, she explained that only 60% of the total amount can be granted and I fully understood. Please note that the second application I did with Phumzile I was not at the branch. But Phumzile made a mistake of applying for R104 000 instead of R62 000 which is 60% of the total stand price.

Phumzile never updated me as my prestige banker, I followed up only to discover that It was declined because of the mistake Phumzile made. I then rectified the application by phoning the home loan sales department, I modified the application to R62 000 and the gentleman who was assisting me for application referenced 437 522 5 told me I don't need to submit documentation as it was previously submitted. I kept on phoning daily to enquire about the status of my application, this morning I discovered that the application was cancelled due to missing documentation. All I am asking is the applicaiton to be finalised by tuesday since the delay is not at fault
