I was contacted by FNB call centre selling a Cell C data sim for R99 per month with 2GB data. They mentioned that the sim will automatically be activated in three days. Furthermore I can contact 140 and cap my data.
Well it has been 5 days now, email and SMS sent to Cell C, and calling them every day. The sim is is not acitvate yet. When I do get throught to an agent all, they cant help and send me to other divisions.
So now i would like FNB to sort this out or take their product back.
