A Joke of a refund

When i bought a second hand vehicle on the 26/09/2012 i thought the motor plan that was put forward to me which was administrated by Motorite was a good idea, turns out 2 months later i would have been better off not paying for it.

I bought the car from JDP extreme auto who purchased the motor plan on my behalf with Motorite, the information they supplied was incorrect which meant the policy was not active they told me i would have to go and have my car properly service and have a three month cool down period before the policy would be active.

So why did i pay for a year and end up with only 6 months to use it.

So after only 3 months of having a policy i decided cancel as it was useless to start off with only to find out that they only payout 20% as a refund even thought in my opinion it was not legal to begin with and only active for a time of 3 months.

Completely unacceptable as this contract was sold under false pretenses without the correct paperwork being present. Don't understand why i am on the short end.

so how do we solve this???
