Register an accident claim - poicy-0548771

On the 15/03/2013 my husband was in an accident and I called the insurance co on the 16th & was told that they can only register my claim on monday because their offices are openned monday to friday 08h00 to 16h00. I then called on monday the 18th @ 9h00 only to be told to leave my numbers the consultant will call me. At 12h00 I called again because they haven't called I was promised that they will cal and they didn't. I called again @ 14h00 and got very agressive with the lady called Nandisa when she told me that they will call me. She then asked what happenned and when I related the incident she then said I should ask my husband to register the claim bcause he was in a accident. What made me so furious was that couldn't they have told me that when I 1st called at 9am. My husband then called her only to be told that she was on another line she will call back, after 16:23 my husband called to say he has been calling and thephone is not being answered I then told him that the offices are now clesed. What makes me to be furious is that I'm stranded with no transport and the car I also use it for business as per the cover now I can't do my work. I'm also covered for a loan car.
