I urge all south africans to be careful when taking, buying motorite warranty policies, i had a bad experience with them and i'm still paying the price, when the lady from motorite called she said interest rate is calculated over 48 months, but my biggest problem is when the initial policy was sold why did'nt she tell me the actual amount of interest charged and how much i need to pay with regards to motorite warranty policy, she said only wesbank staff can advice such, but wesbank never sold the policy to me and why didnt they disclose such imperative information, as per NCA LAW, reps must disclose all material fact, benefits, exclusions, and must educate, advice, empower clients regarding finance, credit. i will contact ombudsman because i was robbed, i want the policy cancelled immediately and i will contact wesbank.
