Bad service on claim

It has been almost 2weeks since I have lodged my claim for the repair of the water leakage and damage at my residential house in Centurion.
It took the plumber a week to arrive at my home to repair the leaking water pipe, not to mention the loss in rand value of the water leak!
It has been a week since the plumber fixed the leaking water pipe and I have not heard anything from the building contractor who was appointed by Outsurance to repair the water damage!
I'm therefore not willing to pay the access amount due to the loss of water for a week and the bad service from your contractors and Outsurance!
I have also sent Outsurance an e-mail in this regard with no response!
