I have been an ABSA client for probably 20 years or more.
Up to now I haven't really been showed ANY appreciation but I guess you guys don't care right...
Saturday morning there was an amount of R600 going off my Cheque account. It's not a big amount but I knew that it shouldn't be deducted thus I phoned your help line.
After I held on for 20min someone answered the phone that only gave me a ref number and told me to rather phone FNB where they can assist me.
So here is the deal... If FNB sorts me out as I have mailed the already and YOU ABSA, who I have been supporting for 20 years don't assist before them (as I am paying you massive monthly banking charges) I WILL change banks to FNB and I will advise ALL my colleagues to also do so.
