ABSA Still not sorting out my Problem

I reported a few days ago that ABSA cut my Internet Banking, when i called the call centre they informed me that R89 was not paid for the internet banking service. After reporting this here, i received an email asking me for my account number, i sent it to them and i still cant get onto my internet banking, No attempt to contact me was made after paying this for over 8 years.

ABSA, i have emailed you again to ask you to activate my account or inform me please on what to do, i get no response. Clearly once again you do not want my business!!! but then again you dont care about the little guys hey!!! Maybe all the little guys should change banks and then you will feel how the little guys can make a huge dent in your turnover.

I think anyone reading this should move to another bank and once and for all show the banking industry that we should not be held ransome to multi billion rand banks that dont give a...
