There I was about to complement ABSA again only to come into contact with the life insurance department. I have requested proof of my cover last Wednesday and the call centre agents keep telling me I should wait 30 minutes. All my plans are on hold just because of those documents. I hope ABSA can sort out that department to be as efficient as the Home loans department namely DEL NDLELA. I had the hope that I was going to upload another complement to her just for the Insurance department to spoil everything. Nevertheless thank you to DEL again for your assistance. But I don't think I will be banking with ABSA anytime soon I will just keep my bond account with them and also future home loans I might take as for the rest they should shape up other departments.
