Hi Peter

Its seems like the only time you get responses or anything actioned if we make use of your platform. This is my story and i am tired of running after ABSA.

I converted my account from Silver cheque account to a Silver Value bundle account because of ABSA's ridiculous bank charges, with me converting my account i was under the impression i will be paying R79 a month. Instead i am being charged much more than R79 a month in-fact double that amount which i don't know what i am paying for. The amounts differ every month. I have escalated this matter to ABSA'S client service son the 04/12/12 and only received a response on the 25/01/13 from one of their consultants Thalente Mabaso asking me if my query was attended to (imagine more than a month later and still not attended too), that same day i responded and to date never received a response ever again barring in mind i have been running after these people for months. I have been a client of ABSA for years and feel like changing banks. I have also asked to stop sending me statements via email and to post them and still my requests are ignored. ABSA has made it clear i am not a valued customer instead just a number...
