Hi

i took out a policy on saturday, however ive changed my mind and would like to cancel even before i recieve my contract, however i am finding it very hard to cancell something that i dont really even have, i called them, they are saying i should go into the branch, once i get there:: there isnt a consultant to assist, please i just want to cancel this b4 my waiting period is over. please assist me with cancelling my policy.

i dont see the need to take my bankstatement, and id as i didnt send it in when i took out the policy and i didnt even pay anything to it yet.

please help me
