CANCELLATIONS

Good Afternoon,

I need to cancel my old mutual investment policy and all I was told was I need to go to the Durban head office. I seriously do not have time to be running around to cancel my investment policy. I work everyday. I was given 4 different numbers to contact and non was helpful. I just need to cancel my policy over the telephone that is all. if old mutual needs me to email document I can do that. but I seriously do not have time to run around. I live on the total opposite side of town.

And the main thing here was I did not even have to go into the branch to open the investment policy, SO Y SHOULD I GO THERE TO CANCEL IT NOW!
