If I dont want to upgrade my policy by what ever reason isnt it my choice? And How does the call centre know whats best for me? I KNOW what's best for me and if I dont want to upgrade I dont want to. This was the second time that this has happend and if this contintues I will CANCEL my policy!!! dont bully me into taking something I dont want or afford!!! They dont know my expenses so please back off if I say NO and stop being rude when NO THANK YOU is being said!!!
