Poor service

I apply for gym on the 09/03/2013 unknowingly that my contract will be ending end of May unless a maricle happen. I never went to gym since my application and after news from agency I decide to cancel the gym seeing that i did nt use it and will be possibly be unemployee. I went to the gym on the 9/04/2013 round about 7pm the guy I spoke to said that 1 of they workers will contact me. Around about the 23/04 Fikile called when i told her about cancelling the gym she apologize and said that she was not suppose to call me I need to go to the gym. Well i went on 04/05/13 Fikile was not available and i spoke to Nondi told her to cancel she said that i cant didnt i read policy bt there was no policy the guys jst explain is 3 year contract nothing about I cannot cancel or I need to get someone to take my gym card over. Nondi advice that i need to freeze gym for period of 3 months whereby I dont see the use of it reason i did not use gym at all so am gonna pay for something i did nt use at all and not anytime soon. there is no policy only explanation on scrab peace of paper. I need this gym cancel asap.
