I joined Hollard on the 17/01/2013 when i took out a funeral cover for my aunt. The 6 months waiting period was mentioned and i was also assured that should the insured pass on prior to the waiting period i was going to be refunded my premium (s). I only made one payment sadly my aunt passed on sometime in March. I called Hollard to cancel my policy and askefd for my premium to be refunded i was told that the money is going to be in my account either on the 15th or eighteenth March. I called on the 15th March spoke to Lerato 10h44 and Kashia 11h20 and they both confirmed that the request hasd already been sent and the money was "going to reflect in my account later on in the day or the next day." Today is the 18th nothing has happened so far, called in again TODAY and they keep giving me stories. Reference numbers 181798251 and 182063989.
