Poor Feedback Customer Service

Dial Direct forced us to use this Panel Beaters (Jocks Auto Body) and did not give us the chance to submit other quotations. (Jocks Auto Body did not do good quality repair word)
Dial Direct was phoned numerous times and asked to follow up with the Panel Beater and to help in addressing the issues. I left more than 5 messages for the repair manager at Dial Direct, Mr. Snow to this day he has never phoned me back. Lady named, Florence was supposed to inform me on regular intervals with regards to the repair progress and to expedite the repair. She never contacted me for the 1st 2 and half months. After which I told her if she doesn't give me feedback on a daily basis from now on forward I would take the matter up with Mr Snow. She only phoned me 2 times thereafter.
Jocks Auto Body took 3 months to repair a job that was supposed to take no more than 3 weeks.
They never once contacted me; I had to follow up with them during this time. Being the client, I feel this is unacceptable and unprofessional.
When they finally contacted me to collect the car they presented poor quality repair work and the manager agreed that if that was his car, he would not have accepted it at all.
