I went to one of your branches and told me it is the Adverse listing that's keeping me from getting a loan. The Adverse listing was incorrectly put on my profile and sorted out with the credit bureau. I have a 12 months loan and paid 6 months now, the consultant told me that Cat say i must proof myself before they can give me a longer term. I proof myself long time ago, just check my profile with Capitec and how i pay the loan. What more must i do to proof myself? Didnt i pay my loan with capitec?
