No Delivery as Promised

I took my car (XZR881 GP) for repair to a panel beater (Hail repaires/ShoGun Autobody) as instructed by my insurer Dial Direct. I left my car to panel beater on the 28th of November 2012, till now my car is not back it's been two months, when I call my insurance to ask them what is the progress and why is it taking too long, they tell me they don't know, how possible that is? Dial direct was suppose to give me information about the progress of my car as they are the once that made take the car to their own panel beater, now they tell me the panel beater can't give them an estimation when will my car be ready.when I call the panel beater all they do is keep on post poning, i'm not sure what is really happening with my car and i'm very worried because between Dial direct and the panel beater no one is contacting me and letting me know what's happening, I have to be the one contacting them and that makes me even angry.now they telling me they can't extend days for my courtesy car, while knowing they haven't brought my car back and they don't even know when will it be back. I'm very worried.can you please assist.
