I sent an email to Dial Direct roughly 2 months ago requesting a payment breakdown per vehicle. Till now no response?? I did speak to Mandla afterwards regarding my premium which was kind enough to sort out but could not give me a breakdown. He would request the relevan parties to contact me... guess what?? still no rsponse.
2nd point, have they ever looked at their suppliers i.e Jocks Auto body?? No couldnt give a damm. These guys are the worst ever, unhelpful, bad bad attitude and they are already listed on Hellopeter so surely Dial Direct if they really care will do something about it. I have been with Dial Direct for many years and I am afraid your service /customer satisfaction has taken a serious dive. I am now lumped with these clowns Jocks and tough... well guess what you are not the only insurer around!! Not that the others are any beter.
