Poor Quality Repair Work - Panel beaters

Accident 3Dec'12. Insured @ Dial Direct, they only accept quotations from preferred repair dealers. One being Jocks Auto Body Repair Pretoria West.
12Dec'13 They will receive the parts early Jan'13, car will be ready mid Jan'13 (Bumper & light) Mid Jan'13 I was told they're awaiting 1part, car will be ready end Jan'13. End Jan'13 they realized they had to order CDShuttle, car would be ready mid Feb'13. Mid Feb'13 the car wasn't ready
25Feb'13 I visited the restrooms in the workshop, noticed through the bathroom window the Manager pushing against the bumper with his hip to "align" the bumper. Repair work was POOR QUALITY! Spacing between the light, bumper & boot wasn't equal. Configuration of the CDShuttle wasn't done. Battery had gone flat, I requested them to test & replace
5Mar'13 Paint scratched off between bumper & light. They didn't test the battery as requested. Assessor instructed them to replace the battery & fix the paint
8Mar'13 Noted 2 dents & scratches on newly painted bumper
11Mar'13 Dents were so bad they had to redo the painting
12Mar'13 Again not ready
13Mar'13 Grease smell inside & cream leather seats had greasy stains on but received my car after 3months
