Not happy with Service from one of your service p

My car was taken in for repairs at Jocks Auto body in Pretoria West on the 19/08/2013. Given that it was a new car and the extensive damage I understood that it would take time. Jocks sent an SMS indicating the estimated date of finishing repairs as -04/10/2013.By the 04/10/2013 I followed up was told the vehicle was at the painting stage. On 10/10/2013 Eunice dial direct consultant informed me of the same thing. 15/10/2013 I followed up with her she informed me that the vehicle should be ready by the end of the coming week. For my peace of mind I called Jocks on 21/10/2013, Wayne said it will not be this week nor next week maybe the week after that. Can someone please tell me how long a car takes at painting stage. I think the service providers you use has an impact on the service you give your clients. I called Eunice before putting in this complaint she just informed me that they will prioritise the matter and the car should be ready by next week. That is not good enough by next week it will change to next week. My frustration is more with the service provider being used by dial direct which also impacts on their service level
