A helping hand when I really needed it

I had an accident with my car, got it to the panel beaters and was supplied a courtesy car from dial Dial Direct as per my policy cover. Unfortunately by the time my two week allowance was about up the panel beater had yet to start the repairs to my car, despite numerous reminders from myself that I only had two weeks.

I live on my own and was about to be completely stuck for transport as the panel beaters informed me they were unable to give me a car. I called Dial Direct and told Sindiswe, the lady overseeing the repairs to my car, my (fairly desperate) plight.

She got onto the panel beaters case and seemed to have good effect on making things start to happen. sadly it would not come soon enough as I only had a couple days left.

The day before I was due to return the car and after last efforts to "beg "(at this stage) for a car from the repair shop, to no avail, I called budget cars to ask what time I should return the car the next morning (not entirely sure what my next move would be). I was cheerfully informed that my return had been extended for an additional period. Suffice to say it was what I needed.
