FNB ATM no money

On 17/03/2013 I was at canal walk to have some supper, when on my way out i realised i had no cash for the parking ticket.

I then visited the FNB ATM close to Primi Piatti (where i had supper) and to my supprise i discovered the ATM was out of cash.

There was no sign on the ATM to say appologies of inconvinience, or maybe a location of another FNB ATM.

Being in a hurry to go home before my daily prayer time I was forced to draw money from the ABSA ATM and now i will be charged for this ATM withdrawal because it was not a FNB atm.

Surely the FNB BANK at canal should be made aware of the ATM problems and resolve them ASAP.

or once you become an FNB client do they change their promise of "how can we help you" to "im sorry we cant help you"???

I want my money back for the fee that i will be charged for using an ABSA ATM! as well as the interest this fee would have generated during the time this money is out of my account.

As i was forced to rely on ABSA because of FNBs lack of service.

or should i rather move to ABSA since they helped me where FNB could not.

Please let me know.
