I was on my way to pay someone for some goods I have purchased. I stopped at the Total garage in Brackendowns to quickly draw money, it was an ABSA atm. I drew R1100 and the message on the ATM screen kept saying TAKE CASH but no cash came out! There was no money in ATM and my money still went off my account! I had to go to another ATM to draw money! I contacted Standard Bank the next day and they were very helpful but said I must wait 12 days for a refund as it was an ABSA ATM! I heard nothing from ABSA no apology or nothing! I am sitting broke now with no money and some of my debit orders bounced. I am so upset and fustrated about this and also very stressed! I wish ABSA could refund me ASAP and also compensate me for this as its not fair at all.
