VALUE BUNDLLE PRODUCT VS ATM DAILY LIMIT

I have waited for more than decade from ABSA to respond even to today they have not responded- last year I went to Vermuelyn absa branch to complain about how their value bundle in which I am a client which does not link with atm limit: my daily limit is R4000.00, absa machine they are designed to only withdraw 3000.00 maximum at a time, now the problem is in value bundle you have only 5 free atm cash transaction to made within a month, after that one get charged, now this need one to manage his/her own cash withdrawal to remain within the limit. ABSA knew very well even before the introduction of the product that is not in line with their maximum daily limits machine because instead of making one cash transaction of R4000.00 each time you are forced to make two because only R 3000.00 can get out of their machine. Peter maybe they cannot fix all their machine as they were installed long time ago but the new product they can adjust it so that me as a customer i do not suffer because that is the situation currently. With only five limit transaction per month in withdrawals of R4000.00 you end up making 4 transaction and remaining with only 1, this is not fair at all.
