On Thursday the 7th of Feb 2013 I went and tried to draw money from an ABSA cash express atm. I did the transaction and tried to draw R600 from my check account, I stood there for a while and eventually the atm said communication failure. I received a notify me sms stating that the money was withdrawn BUT the atm never pushed out a penny. I phoned ABSA and they told me to go to the nearest branch and dispute it and that my money would be paid back in 48 hours. I went to Clearwater ABSA and filed a complaint but my money is still not in my account. Cameron from the Potentiate department assisted me kindly with my complaint but I'm now still stuck without any money and will have to revert back to my overdraft which will cost me extra in banking fees in the end.
