Who will Assist me???

In December, a Woolworths Insurance Client rear ended the vehicle behind me who then smashed into the back of me while i stood stationary at a red traffic light. All was confirmed to be in order by the Client and I was told that the repairs would be taken care of by their insurance - Woolworths Insurance.

After numerous calls to the W/worths Insurance call center and having to repeat my story as the third party claimant on at least three different occasions and driving all around Joburg to find Repairers who were willing to quote for W/worths insurance, I still have had no feedback from them concerning the repairs to my vehicle! It is almost April and my patience has worn thin, is the next step Legal action against the Company and their Client or will they assist!

I am at wits end and would greatly appreciate the assistance I really believe I duely deserve!!! Your Client pays a monthly premium to keep them covered against any legal action and their vehicle on the road and think it only fair that a Company of Woolworth's stature "man's up" and does what their product claims!
