Payment not reflecting from last week-credit card

Hello i am very up set with the nedbank service
i have nedbank gold credit card with limit of R14000, i used my credit card at bidvest bank galleria durban on the 13/03/2013, for the amount of R5299.50, balance left on my credit card R8700

.the same day i got cash of R5000 to free my credit card later that day, i went into the nedbank branch galleria i deposited 5000 cash into my credit card, the lady told me it wil take 24 hours to up date I ALSO MADE EFT PAYMENT OF R300, so i waited i checked after two days, i logged online to view my credit card balance, the amount did not change BUT THE FIVE THOUSAND PAYMENT SHOWS, BUT BALANCE IS still R8700? why? I WENT TO NEDBANK BRANCH IN GALLERIA TODAY SUNDAY, THEY CHECKED AND SAID ONLY PAYMENT SHOWING IS R300, I EVEN SHOWED MY R5000 PAYMENT PROOF, THEY SAID MUST CALL THE CONTACT CENTER, MY BALANCE SHOULD BE R14000 NOT R8700

WHAT IS REALY GOIN ON?

THIS IS SERIOUS PROBLEM, I NEED SOME ONE TO CONTACT ME URGENTLY ASAP? I WILL BE GOIN TO OVERSEES ON 26 MARCH, SO I NEED THIS PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED PLEASE SOME ONE HELP ME ASAP, CALL ME MONDAY MORNING
