I am a mi-way client and I contacted mi-way on there website on the 17th of March. I tried to insure my new cell phone but the website kept on giving me an error message so I requested that they call me back so that I can get a quote. They sent me an e-mail confirming that they had received my request and would contact me shortly. It is now the 26th of March and still no response. I have always had good service from mi-way but there service seems to be deteriorating. I sent them another e-mail today so I can see how long this one takes. i am very unhappy with mi-way!!!
