Fail to pick up payment

I do a eft payment ons my credit card.i phoned nedbank card division to get account number and details.after the phone call I made a payment on the 3rd of september.my payment still doesn't reflect and after a number of calls from card division to make payment I faxed them a proof of payment.i cant use any services linked to my card and this is becoming a big issue and it is reflecting bad against my name and credit record.my account is getting in arrears.i want this matter solved asap!!!
