Outsurance client bumped my car at the back while stopping at a robot controlled intersection. They say why they can not pay is because accident was due to negligence but it was caused by a smash and grab on their client. So I am saying why does that affect me because bottom line their client bumbed my car and the smash and grab happened to their client. So I feel they are still liable for repairs to my car.
