Smart device debit orde

Hi, I ordered my Samsung S3 through fnb in January, after getting through the issues with the order I finally received my device. I have since noticed that my debit order has not gone off so I went into the bank where they told me that it will go off on the 25th of February. That is apparently when all the debit orders go off so I had no choice. After it didnt go off on the 25th, I went back in to the bank and they told me that someone would contact me within 2 working days. This is now a week ago. If you dont want my money, just say, because I am going out of my way to pay you, but I dont have time to run into the bank every week or to phone for that matter. And I also dont want trouble when you guys realise within a year you havent been debiting my account. Please sort this out as soon as possible.
