PLEASE ADVISE WHY DO YOU DEBIT ACCOUNT BEFORE THE DEBIT ORDER DATE WE AGREED ON,
I SIGNED A CONTRACT THAT U MUST DEBIT THE ACCOUNT ON THE 25 TH OF EVERY MONTH BUT NO THIS F UP BANK DOES AS IT PLEASES, EVEN IF THE 25 TH FALLS ON A WORKING DAY.
PLEASE APPLY TO WHAT WE AGREED ON THE CONTRACT, AND WHATS SAD IS THAT THE STAFF DONT KNOW ANYTHING, DONT SHOW ANY CARE IN THE WORLD, THEY KNOW THEY ARE WRONG YET THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE THE CUSTOMER IS WRONG.
AND AGAIN THE BEST BANKS HAVE DIFFERENT DEBIT ORDER DAYS, SO THAT IT CAN BE COMFORTABLE FOR THE CLIENT, BUT THE ONLY DEBIT ORDER DAY AVAILABLE IS THE 25TH YET THEY DONT DEBIT ON THE 25 BUT WAY EARLIER THAN THAT,
PLEASE SORT IT OUT, THIS JUST PATHETIC
