This is my second time writing regarding this, i seem to be getting nowere, i am being debited for a smart device wich is still with fnb. the last time i was told my order has been sent to the courier on the 28th of march but the debit order went thru on the 25th of march, even today i still have no device the courier claim they are out of stock why was i debited if i dont have the device? what is the payment for? what i want is for fnb to reverse the debit order today and not debit my account untill they have confirmed i have received the phone. if i do not get a reply i am going to approach the ombusdman
