I applied for a home loan at Nedbank and it was approve but the rate was very high at 10.20, when I negotiated the rate I was advised that my rate would be reviewed after 6 months of paying. when I went to the branch in Pretoria I was told that they cannot review my rate as the reviewing of rates has since be stopped in April this year.my bond was approve around March 2013. I have been with Nedbank as their client since 2004 I have never defaulted on the payments, I have bought about 3 houses through this bank and my salary gets paid at this bank, I have an insurance at Nedbank. lastly I also have personal loan at Nedbank. I believe that I deserve better than this and am prepared to go to bank ombudsman, this is cheating.
