Premier Banking Service is non-existent

I have been banking with FNB for over 8 years. I am a Platinum account holder but realised that this doesnt mean anything or have any benefit for me except a higher monthly fee that I must pay on this account. In January I decided to buy a car - FNB couldnt even approve my car loan. Nedbank came through and reduced my rate on request as well and I dont even bank with them. When I took it up with FNB their response "Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. Your complaint was referred to Premier Banking for investigation and resolution." Nothing was resolved and I have my loan with Nedbank. Now I decided to buy a home. Same story - my own bank is useless. Again within a day Nedbank was back with an approval and a rate that we are negotiating on. I ask my bank if they can better this. Was told our processes have changed. Will get Marlin Pillay to assist. Havent heard back. For all your advertising, when it comes to actually providing a service to your clients for loans your service is lacking. Its NON EXISTENT in my dealings so far with you. So why do I need to have my salary deposited to your bank?
