Freddie assisted me last year June or so when he was still i the Alberton branch, as i had his email address on file i emailed him my request, even though he has moved branches all the way to Heidelberg he still went out of his way to assist me. Great service again from Nedbank and Freddie, this is why I bank with them :-)
