On the 18th of feb, we sent all of our documents (confidential) to Credit Customer Assist [Email Removed] to put all of our debt on our home loan and so they said we will hear from them in 10 working days, so after 10 working days my husband phoned them and as usual was on hold for about 20min, and they said they will get back to us our documents is busy being processed, so after a few days he phoned again and the same thing happned he phoned again on Wed the 13 of March and after holding for a nother 30min Schedrick who awnsered the phone told him that the cut off date is Friday the 15th and GUESS WHAT... STILL NOTHING, SO we decided that if we don't hear anything by Wed the 20th we are going to go to a bank that want to help their clients becaus Standardbank Credit customer assist deftinitley do not want to help!!! So please let us know asap if we myst go to a nother more helpful bank that actually has some "'standard'"
